Facilities Managed
As a Bacs accredited Facilities Management provider, our managed Direct Debit service allows organisations without direct Bacs sponsorship to effortlessly collect recurring payments via the Bacs scheme.
With Direct Debits UK, focus more on your growing business as our user-friendly platform efficiently handles fee collections, subscription payments, and membership payments.
You will receive your Service User Number (SUN) for personalised correspondence with your customers including their bank statements.

Bureau
Our Bureau Service, accredited by Bacs, handles Auddis, Direct Debit, and Direct Credit submissions for registered Service Users. We manage exception reports, aid reconciliation, and handle payer correspondence while adhering to Bacs regulations.
With a dedicated UK-based team, we offer prompt confirmation, transactional data, and rejection/credit reports. Accessible via a secure web portal, our service seamlessly integrates with client systems, available 24/7.
Clients with their own Service User Number (SUN) benefit from our Direct Debit portal, allowing streamlined management alongside in-house processing or a BACS-approved Bureau, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and accessibility.

Online Presentment
Our Direct Debit Online Presentment Solution offers a straightforward and secure self-serve method for businesses to collect and manage payments seamlessly. The solution provides your organisation with an online set-up procedure that is quick, accurate, and secure.
By utilising allpay’s Direct Debit portal, your organisation can set up, amend, and cancel Direct Debits, as well as view all collected, failed, and upcoming payments and all correspondence sent to customers.
With Direct Debit Online, you will have technical expertise on-hand to guide you through setup as well as a dedicated Client Development Manager to support you during and after onboarding.

Reduced Advanced Notice
Direct Debit Reduced Advanced Notice (RAN) reduces your notice period to your customers when setting up and amending a Direct Debit. Traditionally, Direct Debits required a certain advanced notice period, usually ten working days, before collecting funds from a customer’s account. However, with allpay’s reduced advanced notice, you can provide notice for collection or amendment within 5 and 3 working days.
Product Onboarding: 4 weeks.
Representment
Our Direct Debit Representment Solution helps you reduce arrears by automatically representing failed Direct Debits over your chosen time (maximum 14 days). The solution represents up to two times if necessary, meaning the Direct Debit is attempted three times in total.

Email Notifications
Our Email Notifications Solution replaces Direct Debit amendment notification letters with emails sent in real-time, cutting down printing and postage costs, and paper consumption and improving carbon footprint. Your customers will receive a verification email, which asks them to verify their email address to receive email notifications. If their email address is not verified, they will continue to receive notification letters. Easily view who has verified their email address in a report from the Direct Debit portal.

Payment Notification
Inform customers of upcoming, failed, or represented Direct Debits via automatic text/email notifications. Prompt customers to ensure sufficient funds in their accounts, preventing failed Direct Debits.
