Celebrating a successful 2024: allpay’s year-end wrap-up

As we bid farewell to 2024, we’d like to take this opportunity to reflect on a remarkable year at allpay, filled with achievements, innovation, and new partnerships with innovators across the payments space. This year has been pivotal for us, showcasing our commitment to enhancing our solutions and making a positive impact in the communities we serve.

Key highlights of 2024

Milestones and Partnerships

Throughout 2024, allpay has made significant strides. From celebrating our 30th anniversary to securing key partnerships with organisations such as Enfuce and Voicescape, we have reinforced our position as one of the leaders in the financial services sector. These collaborations have enabled us to broaden our solution, particularly when it comes to our work in the UK social housing and the public sectors.

Product Innovations

We are proud to have introduced a host of further product enhancements designed to streamline operations and improve user experience, adding to a stellar year for innovation in 2023/204. Here are some of the key updates rolled out in 2024:

  • Improved Error Handling for Annual Amendments: Our bulk amendment process now features improved error handling and supports multiple file formats for bulk uploads, making corrections quicker and easier.
  • Introducing PCI Pal Call Masking: By partnering with PCI Pal, we’ve added choice to those looking for a fully PCI DSS-compliant call masking solution, ensuring the safeguarding of sensitive card data alongside expert partners.
  • The launch of the File Manager: This new feature allows users to download their organisation’s Payment & Information Files directly within the Payments Hub, ensuring easy and secure access.
  • Customer Account Manager: A central platform for streamlining account creation and management, enabling a more efficient customer journey.
  • New and Improved Navigation: We introduced intuitive navigation in the Payments Hub, enhancing overall efficiency and user experience.
  • Confirmation of Payee (CoP) Responder: This feature verifies the account name of our cardholders before making a payment, significantly reducing the risk of misdirected payments.
  • Customisable Data Tables and Automated Data Exports: Users can now personalise their data views and easily export data, saving time and enhancing productivity.

Awards and Recognitions

In August, allpay was honoured with the Princess Royal Training Award for our Team Leader Programme, highlighting our investment in staff development and training. Additionally, we were thrilled to be shortlisted for Medium-Large Business of the Year at the Hereford Means Business Awards and to achieve the Workplace Wellbeing Charter Accreditation from Health@Work, recognising our commitment to employee well-being.

Looking ahead: What’s next for allpay in 2025?
